My rescue only came out for food every day for 5 years, but because I respected her and paid attention to her body language she gained confidence. Now she literally climbs up my back and sits on my shoulders and can’t get enough lap time ♥️♥️

in those three days, did she eat or drink? my newly adopted kitten has barely eaten for almost 2 days now:(

We were so lucky with our cat. He was about 10 months when we adopted him so that might’ve helped. But when we came home he immediately ate some kibble, played with a ball and explored before crashing on our lap for the evening 🥹🥹

We rescued a rabbit , he wouldn’t come out of his hutch etc. after a week when he realised he was safe and the 2 strange creatures ( cats ) were harmless too he come out to play in the garden. Then would chew my ankles ( jeans ) for pets. They are so pure aren’t they 🥺
