After losing all 3 of my so Son’s, I just cry , I don’t want to self medicate, I want to deal with my pain and the grief, I know I will always miss my so son’s, the death of my sons has made my heart die 3 times and I know that I will always mourn them , I’m learning how to carry this tragedy, I want to be brave and strong 💪 to show my so son’s how much I Love them by being the healthiest Mom I can be and I want to be a light 💡 and honor them and their memories ❤️❤️❤️they are so precious, my Angels 🪽🪽🪽👼👼👼 🙏🙏🙏

this made me think of a 15yr old girl who did this for me at 15 when my mother was dying of cancer. I was crying in the bathroom and she hugged me and said, 'im here. Just cry'. I have never forgotten that. it was more powerful than what any preacher or adult ever did. ❤️I hope to pay it forward.
