My family makes fun of me because they think it’s the scariest coaster because it’s so old, 🤣🤣 BUT the Outlaw is my absolute favorite coaster, as most commenters we came every summer as a child and I started recently with my children to go. The memories of the Outlaw always stand out from my childhood. I knew when you were headed to it and I knew you would love it!!! I refuse to ride the metal coasters, mainly because I get nauseous. But wooden; I’m all in, and they have 3!

A lot of the rides I grew up going on at Adventureland are now gone (The Falling Star, Galleon, the Silly Silo, the Log Ride, the Super Screamer) but I think they’ve done a great job updating the park. I’m just a little nostalgic for 90’s version of Adventureland I grew up with.

How many times in my life have I been to Adventureland? Too many to count! But it was nice to have someone not call it mediocre. I mean, it is, but only Iowans can say that, it’s out of love! (Someone posted a YouTube video calling it mediocre, and I was offended.)

As someone who has been to Adventureland at least once a year for at least 35 out of my 38 years, I loved this video. It has been through a lot of changes over the last few years because of having a new owner. You videos make me smile! If your are still in Iowa, stop by the fair! Best fair there is!

I haven’t been here since I was 14. It’s so different now! Woah!!!! And it’s kind of fun seeing it through someone else’s eyes. Go to the fair and get ye a pickle dawg!! It ends on the 17th.

definitely hit the fair. there's an app. don't park @ the fair, but at one of the park and ride lots set up for it. best food is at the pork tent, pork chop on a stick or picnic in a cup are my favorites.
