Just a little explanation on how I make my quotes I write all my quotes myself, usually from my own experiences, thoughts, things I’ve learned, and what I’ve observed in life. I also take inspiration from writers and philosophers like Yukio Mishima, Fyodor Dostoevsky, Arthur Schopenhauer and Friedrich Nietzsche but I don’t copy their ideas or quotes. I’m constantly reading and learning more about philosophy because I genuinely love it. I write, rewrite and edit everything myself, including the animal descriptions and the voice/sound used in the quote. So yeah, each post takes more time than it might seem. Thank you for all the support. Moose (Alces alces)is the largest member of the deer family, known for its enormous size, long legs, broad muzzle, and impressive antlers. Adult males, called bulls, grow large palmate antlers that they use during the breeding season to compete with other males. Despite their massive bodies, moose are strong swimmers and can move surprisingly quickly through forests and wetlands. Moose are symbols of strength, independence, resilience, and quiet power. They thrive in boreal forests, wetlands, lakes, and cold northern regions across North America and Eurasia. Their long legs allow them to move through deep snow and marshy terrain while their broad muzzle helps them feed on aquatic plants, leaves, twigs, and bark. Fun fact: Moose can dive underwater for more than 5 metres (16 feet) and remain submerged for around 30 seconds while feeding on aquatic vegetation. #Moose #AlcesAlces #Wildlife #Strength #Nature
