Here’s the recipe that’s been feeding smiles in my home — give it a try and let me know how yours turns out. 👇 🍛 Beef & Beans Sishebo — A hearty, flavour-packed dish perfect for any day of the week. Ingredients: 500g sugar beans 500g beef stew meat 2 medium onions, chopped 2 medium carrots, diced 2 large celery sticks, chopped 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped 2 tsp chopped garlic 1 tbsp Rajah curry powder 2 tsp steak and chops spice 1 Knorrox beef stock cube 2 tbsp tomato puree 2 tbsp Knorr minestrone (dissolved in water) 2 cups water Salt & pepper to taste Instructions: Rinse and soak the beans overnight. Drain and rinse again. Place soaked beans in a pot, cover with water, boil, then simmer till water’s absorbed. In a separate pot, sauté onions, carrots, and celery in cooking oil for 5 mins. Add garlic, Rajah curry powder, and steak & chops spice. Stir and cook for 3–5 mins. Stir in tomato puree. Add beef stew meat and brown with veggies. Pour in 2 cups of water, boil, then simmer till the beef’s tender.
