It’s horrible. We’ve been on the market for 60 days. We’ve had one open house with one person that showed up and then we’ve had one showing only because we dropped the price. It’s it’s a horrible time to sell a house.

As a buyer I can’t get past the huge selling price of a home that was purchased a few years ago for XYZ price. Then add the homeowners insurance and heaven forbid HOA fees and I just walk away. Some houses are just wat overpriced.

its a bad time to sell if your not pricing your house correctly 🤔 meaning 15% below Zillow estimate... everyone i know that has sold in the past 30 days in south Florida list 15 to 20% below Zillow estimate and sold within 2 to 3 weeks.
