you know I'm just throwing this out there. I HAVE been known to let my babies play with a baby wipe while changing a diaper or trying to teach them to dab their mouth when it needs a swipe u know and letting them walk off with it for a sec or minute. what if one those times it slips my mind the wipe does when I don't see it no more could have gotten lodged easy like each time unbeknownst to me and certainly unintentional
