For those who can't set the live wallpaper or the wallpaper doesn't work properly, first delete all the wallpapers in the 4ksdr240fps folder, then restart (free up storage, delete unnecessary wallpaper) your Mac and download the video you want to set as live wallpaper, use any converter to convert the video to .mov file. I personally recommend cloudconvert. After the conversion is done, download 1 wallpaper from your Mac and follow the instructions as usual!
