Don't take him back. This exact thing happened to me. It was horrible after the baby came. I had to go through so much to undo everything I had planned with him and just do it on my own. It would have been easier (mentally and financially) to start out doing it on my own.

I was with a guy for 2 months and dumped him and then realized I was pregnant. I went back for one weekend and was like nope. He’s 10 now and his dad is in the picture. I’m married to someone else. No regrets not staying for my kid.

I got pregnant 8 months into an off and on relationship. He was awesome during the pregnancy. The minute she was born he was very different. He didn’t like sharing the attention. We lasted 8 more months and we haven’t seen him since. I am WAY happier.
