I lost my job THE SAME DAY I PURCHASED MY BRAND NEW CAR. I recently signed my lease renewal on a 2k apartment. I was in the same boat but WITH A CHILD! WHEN I TELL YOU GOD WILL PROVIDE & MAKE A WAY! 6 months later I WORK TWO JOBS, back in college & still have my car. Being that I was a good tenant they let me move. Have a good cry today. Tomorrow assess your skills, talents, passion and ability that you could turn in value for someone else. Look for opportunities even outside of your current role. Look for no experience positions and those that’s hiring fast. Look at positions in the local school system such as substitute teacher because schools are always short staffed. File for unemployment but in the meantime find temporary work like Door Dash, Uber so that you’re not bed rotting in the house. After that good cry, Get outside. Volunteer hang out at the public library. Start a side hustle. Go to free events in your town. Stay active.
