b4 you go for an irreversible fusion, wouldn't coflex, or tops be an option? and do you think his disc is past the stage of getting prp or stem cell treatments? (his case is very similar to mine -and luckily I've got great insurance)

My lower back's been bothering me since 2013. It's around l5 . I have head steroid, injections and nerve blocks done on my right side. It's on my left side now. I also had a neck fusion in 2004. I've done everything to doctors. Told me to do and it just doesn't get better.. One thing I noticed about MRI's is you lay flat when you lay flat for an M. R, I, your body's not compressed. They should make when you're standing so they can see your spine compressed. At this point I lost all hope with doctors.

I have been dealing with extreme pain that has caused me to change how I live/do things for over a year and a half… all right side pain in shoulder blade, top of shoulder above my breast, deep in my breast, armpit, lower back into my buttocks, back of thigh, outer side of my thigh, groin, knee ache, and my foot. Again all right side. And I also have two lymph nodes above my collarbone that have been there since Oct 2025. I have three kids youngest is 2. No one has helped me and I am to the point that I can’t stand or walk for too long. Sitting hurts as well. I’m miserable! I’ve done dry needling, PT, massage, resting, exercise, injections in my shoulder blade and hip area which made me bed ridden for a week. I have extreme arm fatigue, barely can take a shower let alone do my hair. Can you help me?? Or anyone has an idea of who I should see?
