I started today after 2 c-section, i lost all my weight naturally with my 1st and with my second its been hard. My daughter is now 14months old so i feel ready to claim my body back. I am fasting 16hrs only as i breastfeed both my kids still. Doing high protein and calories deficit. 4days in and i have lost 1.5kg. I have a very long way to go as my stating weight was 78kg. First 2 days i felt like slapping everyone around me😂, the hunger rage is unreal. 4days in i am buzzing, 🤭
