This is literally the physical representation of how I've been feeling for MONTHS. That feeling of running away is so powerful sometimes, its hard not to at least entertain the idea! I have stopped asking myself "wtf am I doing?" (I ask myself THIS CONSTANTLY), and replaced it with "its not as bad as you think it is"
impatience and the resulting anger are 2 things I struggle with the most. they go hand in hand. slow down and admire something pretty for a moment to center yourself... a cloud, a flower, cute pups, its truly been working for me... fill your cup hon! its also OK to disappear for a few days too. check out. crash out. then thug it out ♥️

oh hunny, I'm so sorry. that right there shows you're not an asshole, an asshole wouldn't show remorse. you're human, in the moment you instinctively went into fight and flight mode. You made a mistake and its not one you'll make again. the main thing is in the end the only thing that got hurt were your feelings, and they will heal. give yourself some grace, and message if you need anything. i know you feel bad right now but you're not a bad person. you were amidst a horrible panic attack and that whole scenario made it worse. you need to let your doctor know this kind of thing is going on while getting taken off the ssri medication.

Myself and my daughter have panic attacks like this. A breathing technique we use to help control our breathing is “sniff the roses, blow out the candle “ I find when I alone it starts out very aggressive like I’m ripping the roses off the bush. You recognize that you were in the wrong, you’re human and we all make mistakes. Coming off meds doesn’t help the situation either. Maybe talk to your doctor about the L-methylfolate. I started it recently and it has helped so much.
