@thecarseatpros: Is the new Scenera Extend a great travel option? ✈️ When standards change, carseats necessarily have to as well and the new Cosco Kids Scenera Extend meets all new federal safety standards. Cosco Kids redesigned it to stay at the same price point, but it is a little bigger. Check out the video to see what’s changed and what hasn’t. #travelwithkids #travelwithtoddlers #travelwithatoddler #travelcarseat #convertiblecarseat #flyingwithkids
Which convertible seat would you recommend for air travel?

Good the scenera next is SO bad to install. My first child’s Costco ended up sideways fully correctly installed!

So which do you like more? I got a scenera next for $30 last weekend and then when I was there yesterday I seen they had the scenera extend marked as $30 as well (pretty sure they miss priced it but I took advantage of it) just wondering if I should go exchange the next for a second extend, or keep the one of each

The main perk of the next is being lightweight and compact for travel--they've managed to make it bigger with even lower limits. I think it's an unfortunate update.

I thought Dorel needed to max out RF limits before forward facing but it’s 4-40rf & 30-60ff. I’m confused.

Will the extend fit on a seat for an Aeromexico flight?

Omg the new one is gigantic for air travel and other purposes. I’m running out to buy one more before it’s gone.

We have these in each car and love them! We have the next, did they get rid of the them for the extend? We couldn’t find any at our local store.

Hi! I don’t know who to ask this question to, it’s extra random, and I don’t always trust Google. I like to be super prepared for anything, you never know what could happen. My son is due in October, I was trying to think of a way to have important medical information like on hand in the car for him if something were to happen and both his father and I were incapacitated. Someone said to use the ROTH ID Tags, are they for sure approved for use on a car seat? I know you shouldn’t add anything to a car seat because it can compromise integrity, but I’ve read as long as you follow the application instructions and do not cover any manufacturer labels and warnings with it, then it’s okay. I just want someone with professional knowledge and training to tell me for sure, I do not want to do anything that could potentially impact safety for my son, ever! 🫶🏼

So.... It's still a relatively crappy seat 😅. That's barely a difference.
