If we are opening a water line and the pipeline contain high pressure so that the water should be hazardous in this due to high pressure then it is also hazardous then why we cannot obtain EOLB permit?

The man is answering accordingly to his acknowledge and he's doing well.. Regarding water pipeline is always considering as an hazards when is under high pressure, once is degreasing the water pressure as mentioned earlier in JSA or HARC, RA or Method statement it's will be Not calcified as Hazards.

even do you are going to opne watar line how did you know about watar pressure line or de pressure line According to Aramco's Equipment Opening/Line Break Permit—using Saudi Aramco Form 9873-1 (yellow)—this permit is needed when opening lines or systems in a closed process that may contain hazardous materials. While examples include oil, gas, steam, condensate, H₂S, nitrogen, or corrosive chemicals , it is quite likely that water lines—especially if under pressure or within a confined or operational system—would fall under similar safety control protocols. This form ensures proper isolation, energy control, and hazard mitigation before opening any line. To be certain whether a water line specifically qualifies for this permit—or perhaps another category like a Cold Work Permit (form 9873-3, blue)—you should consult Aramco's internal safety procedure or permit guidance. For example: Cold Work Permit applies to non-energy, non-ignition-risk work and might be considered if the water line poses low hazard .

Two types of inspection system is there overall, not sure about aramco standards, one is internal which is valid for a month which will be inspected by the logistics incharge and will be verified by HSE, and external inspection will be conducted by approved third party body and it is valid for a year.

Third-Party Annual Inspection 1 year (12 months) Must be conducted by a Saudi Aramco-approved Third-Party Inspection Agency (TPIA). Required for all mobile cranes, crawler cranes, tower cranes, RT, etc. Monthly Inspection 1 month Conducted by a competent person. Record to be maintained at site. Daily/Pre-use Inspection Daily Done by crane operator or rigger before use. Checklist must be filled. Load Test (New or Major Repair) Valid for 1 year Required after major repair or initial commissioning. Conducted by certified third party
