Wow, I’m mind blown and devastated. I’m fortunate to be part of the statistic, but specially considering how women are statistically more educated than men, it is appalling that we are not closer to 40 or 50%!

I read a thing in Forbes magazine that said that only about 3% of women negotiate a salary compared to men- who disproportionately make more. After that- I negotiated every. Single. Time.

When I was young I thought I'd never make that amount and now at 50 - and living in Long Island- it's not enough. Obviously we're doing better than most but It's not right. So many people have been robbed of easier lives. Tons of people have been robbed of any sort of life at all
