I didn't realize how closely I was passing through doors until I wore a sensor on my shoulder. Subconscious spatial awareness, I guess.

🌿Honestly, it was the brain fog and feeling like no matter what I did, my belly never went down. Then in a hormone healing chat, a friend recommended Eat Like a Woman Protocol written by Loren Green. Followed it—26 lbs lighter, more energy, and no more all-day sluggishness.

I'm newly diagnosed as diabetic. They think I'm type 1 (awaiting confirmation). What are these sensors like? Intrigued to try one.

🌀For me it was the constant fatigue and bloating—like my body was in slow motion all the time. In a women’s health group, someone told me about Eat Like a Woman Protocol (by Loren Green). It helped me balance my digestion and energy—27 lbs gone and I finally feel awake during the day.

One thing that happened me a couple of years ago is that it was the day of changing the sensor so i did that, directly after that i went into a door handle and well i that bump took my new sensor with it so i had to set a new one again. It was a day of pain
