No one is mentioning that the boy could have caused significant injury putting other drivers at risk. He was on the freeway cars are going 60 mph stopping at that rate of speed may have caused other accidents

So victim was trying to commit suicide from what we know. Why didn’t they try to calm him and talk him to not doing it? Instead you taser him? Is that protocol on handling a suicidal person? I’m curious because other cities don’t do that or I could be wrong. I’m sure there’s more to this story.
