I’m 46 also just had my total knee replacement 2 weeks ago. This is beyond tough. I cry everyday. I can’t wait to get pass this point.

Oh my gosh! I had a tibial plateau fracture 7 years ago and now will have TKR soon. I was non weight bearing for 12 weeks with the fracture, it was horrible. I am so nervous about the knee replacement. I am 55.

Girl that was me 19 months ago. It is your journey and don’t compare yourself with others. I was no way prepared for the emotional roller coaster that you will go through. I promise it will be worth it. Be gentle on yourself.
