Love this sis because your absolutely RIGHT. If you look up repentance on google it defines it as the ACTION of repenting, sincere remorse and guilt which is not of Jesus that sounds like condemnation which is also not of Jesus. SIMPLY BELIEVE IN JESUS, what he did for us on the cross and the resurrection along with his teachings WILL RENEW THE MIND, CHANGE THE HEART WHICH LEADS TO TURNING AWAY FROM SIN AND BEING MORE LIKE JESUS =REPENTANCE. GOD WILL CHANGE YOU WITHOUT YOU EVEN REALIZING ITS A SLOW AND GRADUAL CHANGE JUST AS LONG AS YOU GIVE HIM THE “YES”

I’m lukewarm and I’ve strayed so far from God idk what to do. I can’t bring myself to face Him bc im so ashamed of my actions…. I want to come back but im embarrassed to admit my sins and repent.
