My Twins with Autism do the same thing. I once looked down because there was a spider and my daughter sprinted into the street .. you can’t always keep an eye on them every second. And they will see if you are watching

when i was a kid my mom and dad would go bank fishing, and well I loved water. my dad tied a dog leash around me and tied me to the truck. problem solved 🤷🤣 i wish I had his energy! lol

My son suddenly eloped while we were hiking and it was the scariest 5 minutes of my life. He was literally right in front of me until he wasn’t.

he obviously has a long run this is actually such a good safety measure for kids who elope if you've never worked or loved a kids who will its crazy how fast and how far they can get

thank you for doing this. I’ve been on a lookout for a kid that eloped and the cops did not care they were not looking volunteers were the only ones who cared and were looking and he was found in a river two days later by a volunteer.

that's a great idea you have to get creative and keep them safe and happy at the same time it's a full time Job my son is 10 now and he's much better but sometimes 😂😂😂
