leg extensions 3x 8-12
leg curl 3x 8-12
standing Calf raises 3x8-12 (yes standing is better than the sitting version)

Don’t really need 2 hamstring if you are just training legs. Also if you want to squat , I feel like it’s a bit to taxing to also do RDL or deadlift cos then you will be doing two big heavy compounds. For me this would be too fatiguing
