@seeandsavethedogs: 🎉UPDATE: ADOPTED 🎉 🚨Daisy A2204548 needs a hero by 8/10 at 4pm 💔 She is 6 years old, 63 lbs. At first, she was terrified. She’d hide in her kennel, avoid touch, and watch everything with wide, anxious eyes. But slowly, with the help of volunteers and a few gentle dog friends, she started to open up! 😊 She’s sweet. Sensitive. She perks up around kindness. Now she greets volunteers at the front of her kennel with a soft, wagging tail. She has shown us how much she loves chin and butt scratches. We love her. She’s also started to come out of her shell in playgroups with other dogs! Initially anxious and kept to self, she’s starting to play and is described as social and gentle/dainty. Daisy has only been at the shelter a short time, but she’s already on the EUTH LIST 💔 because she’s “shy, and hides in cubby.” She cannot lose her life because of this! She needs our help to find her forever family, the ones who will cherish her until the end of her days. #doglife #germanshepherd #rescuedog #anxiety #adoptdontshop #foryoupage #fyp 📍 North Central Animal Shelter 3201 Lacy street Los Angeles CA 90031
