As an aesthetic nurse that does coolsculpting - It’s normal to have swelling and discomfort afterwards but give it 2-3 weeks and it should feel a lot better and the swelling should go down

I have done 2 rounds on my stomach, second round was about 3 weeks ago. Yes, swollen is normal! For like the first few days/week. In my experience, day 4-5 was the worst. And the your nerves slowly recover and senstop comes back over that first month.

I swelled bad for like a week after! Totally normal. And I stayed numb for a few weeks. But I got great results!

I did my stomach and abdomen yesterday evening and today it is tender and really swollen, looks way more pouchy than it did before the procedure, it actually has me worried if I need something with compression
