The DUI was probably off base so likely had nothing to do with anything going on with what is going on with on base and if the DUI was off base, there is no reason the base would know about it unless he told them

: So the toxic leadership and racism will be swept under the rug? No way is this shooting acceptable. But at what point do we realize that Stewart has a problem we’ve had SSG kill them self had two personal die in a roll over that shouldn’t have happened. Had solider die during PT of all things. Had another solider kill himself 3 days before coming home from deployment because his command didn’t care that his wife had been in a wreck. Also all this is from the same unit and company.
