We don't have all the information yet but as a sergeant responsible for others below him, if he was dealing with racism for years, was EO/IG ever contacted? If IG didn't do anything, was it elevated to a congressional? Regardless, his actions are inexcusable. I know the military has crap leaders but I've fought these crap leaders and went straight to congress. This was a case with a CSM serving a 3 star general. He was BIG mad when his apathetic attitude towards sexual assault was exposed.

Racism been in the military for centuries. I agree active duty soldiers and officers do need more on-site and field mental health and or crisis intervention
