Question po, im applying for diploma in land use planning, quite confused lang sa recommendation letter, need kasi magsend ng hard copy ng recommendees then sa online portal you also need to submit letter of recommendation pero soft copy. Same lang po ba yun? Or ibang recommendation letter ang need sa online portal?
