as a black individual i bet he was always told to be careful around cops. I'm only half and look it. because of that I've been treated as such even though I'm cleaner then most Caucasian people. I don't trust cops because I was always told to be wary an carful, since I look blacker then white. point is he don't trust cops to serve the people that's why I believe this is happening.
