The only 1 star reviews are from a dude that literally got the cheap backglass repair option then when it broke he complained and even used a microscope on it😭 the other dude wants to spend cheap so he can come back for another repair the next week. Both of them prolly reviewd the wrong shop too💀

This is so wild, like who actually has time to go and make up these stories, that are so clearly made up, to try to tear down another business… he’s clearly not even a genuine customer… it’s not as if you guys are business competitors… it is so fair of you to ask people to dm or text you when here wanting quotes instead of answering in the comments cause there are so many time wasters out there… this guy is just DELUSIONAL 😒

out of just curiosity and I find that a lot of businesses do this, why dont a business write their quote on the comments asking? instead of asking for a dm to be sent? it's not as though youre going to charge everyone differently for the same type of repairs? I'm just asking as a genuine curiosity.

As a fellow person who is in customer service and has many years of experience handling multiple enquiries, not everyone will be happy and they will be fine when talking face to face yet will say something behind your back that will make you think what you did wrong when in fact it’s them that will never be satisfied by anything unfortunately but you’re doing great!
