Oh my God, the way they put their hands on her. I am a CNA. This is not good behavior towards an elderly person.

There are two stories here and I’m not sure which one is true, but I saw how the staff behaved while she was sitting in the wheelchair and they pulled her out out of the chair. That is totally unacceptable, especially for an elderly person. Leads me to believe that the staff gets away with this behavior on a regular basis. Those two staff members should be fired, and this behavior should NEVER be tolerated.
