I agree the cop can ask to to talk to him or make an official stop. But approaching AND assuming (even if it’s seemingly obvious) DOESNT GIVE THE COP THE RIGHT TO CONFISCATE KEYS

vehicles must always display a license plate even when not in use in Wisconsin, having a device that allows you to flip the lic up and hide it is illegal, in all states. I get it , the biker did nothing, but his bike is currently not legal.

It's crazy how many vids there are of bikers that intentionally break the law, then act shocked when they get in trouble. And that lame story about flipping up his plate just while he's getting gas is the best he could come up with? 🤣
