Milia are small, white bumps that can form on the skin. They are caused by a buildup of keratin, a protein found in skin, hair, and nails. I've had a few since I was a child. They have nothing to do with diabetes

As a dkin tech, who also has this. it is skin tags usually associated with pre diabetes and insulin resistance. unfortunately a lifestyle change is needed to stop more from coming they often appear eyelids, neck, under breast and armpits. A doctors appointment for testing then dermatologist for removal of the ones you have

they come if when u get older, weight gain and diabetes.. they are skin tags.. there is skin tag removal.

I have little skin tags in my eyelids too. use sterilized cuticle scissors and just clipped them off.
