@sugarspiceddreams: it was therapy until i over baked them :,) recipe: 1/2 cup melted butter(113g) 4 oz dark chocolate(113g) 1/2 cup granulated sugar (100g) 1/4 cup brown sugar (50g) 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla (5ml) 1/2 cup flour (60g) 1/4 cup cocoa powder(25g) 1/4 tsp salt (1.5g) & chocolate chips melt the butter and dark chocolate together until smooth. while it’s still warm (not hot), whisk in both sugars until combined — this helps dissolve them and gives you that shiny top later. add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each — this helps emulsify the batter so it’s thick and glossy. then mix in the vanilla. sift in the flour, cocoa powder( i added it to my chocolate mixture in the beginning), and salt, then gently fold until just combined (don’t overmix). fold in chocolate chips. bake at 325°f for 24–28 min — start checking at 20-22. a toothpick should come out with moist crumbs, not clean. enjoy :) #brownies #bakingrecipe #fudgybrownies #girltherapy #fyp
