our high streets care dominated by these types of businesses? for real? okay it's because equity companies and off shore companies literally own whole high streets and can rent to who ever they want for however much they want. market manipulation in broad dy light. they'll get their licence. I'm almost certain. I had a shop in the heart of Portobello, so I know what I'm talking about. same in Covent Garden and Soho. government doesn't do anything on legislation because the higher the rent the higher the business rates. the fact that the rents are artificial and manipulated is irrelevant. in Sweden no individual or company vis permitted to own more than a third of and block or parade. them red commie Vikings.
