Loving your enemy is by far the most confusing message in the Bible. There are so many contradictions about it, especially in Psalms. Our definition of loving someone and Gods definition of loving someone is likely not the same. 1 Timothy makes it clear to stay away from people like that. How do you “love” someone you stay away from? I believe you show them kindness and compassion, but to me that’s not actual love. That’s showing a form of love. It’s such a complicated subject to try to understand as a whole so thank you for trying to find a way to simplify it 🙏
