Been gf for 12 years now - way back when being gf meant calling a restaurant in advance to see if they had anything gf on their menu and they would say “house salad with no dressing” and that was it 😂 it’s gotten sooooo much better thankfully!

40 years gluten free and all we had was rice cakes back then. I put frosting on RICE CAKES at birthday parties as a kid. Grateful for reality today.

15 years for me and I remember my mom driving an hour away to a random health food store for bread that cost about $20 and was absolutely disgusting 😂 times have changed, thankfully. This looks amazing!
