It’s so weird how the parade is supposed to be a celebration, but Travis Decker, the organizer, doesn’t have his name on the graphic. Is Travis Decker not proud of his support for traditional values? Does Travis Decker, the pastor of Ottumwa Baptist Temple, not believe in traditional marriage enough to attach his name or congregation to it? I think we should give Travis Decker full credit for this!

it's their right to have a parade just like it's the LGBTQ Communities right to have a pride parade. world would be better off if each community would quit judging the other one and just try to live together. To much hate .

100% guarantee those "prizes" weren't donated. The organizers probably just bought $10 gift cards and called it good to say "look and see all these business that support us". And bringing it to their attention would then mean a press release, followed then more attention coming to it with "support".

Lol show up in your best pride gear and celebrate their decisions. Show them how you can support their lifestyle even IF they don't support yours. Bring your pride to their celebration & have fun. Also get a chance to meet the local homophobics.

I read an article where someone said, in response to the Mayor stating that the city aims to treat everyone fairly, regardless of their marital preferences, “Only 9,225 people in Ottumwa are in what you would call a traditional marriage. That I think qualifies us as a minority in this population. I was here in June, and quite honestly, I left thinking a lot less of everyone at the front table. I have a gay daughter, but I didn’t feel equal” 😂💀
