Can you use the key fob from bed if you forget to lock it from the inside. Or is it line of sight from outside only.

Yep got one the install was not quite effortless had to do some filing and a little bit of drilling but once it was in it works great

I have the model prior. I like the new fan and lock ability. I can't lock both locks and my keypad doesn't have all the numbers

The only things I don't like about this lock is, the slam catch doesn't quite stick out far enough. The door will spontaneously pop open without the dead bolt engaged. the inside latch sticks up a hair to high to line up with the screen door properly. Most of the time the screen stays shut when you open the door from the outside and doesn't catch to the door good enough to allow you to shut the door with the screen door from the inside.

I got mine. works really good, but I cannot yet the door to shut properly, whisk. The there hardware it includes. which is the same hardware i had on the stock one, will not left the door shut properly. the two strike plates connect enough to make the door catch

shoooot I 9nly asked because I was told by the purchser.....don't trust....and a mechanic....that this module wouldn't fit one....my bad and when I got the mulas.i will. had a similar on my last RV. would loooove this
