I have just got diagnosed with pots and cfs/ME today and it’s honestly horrible. And you have more things than what I do so I can’t imagine how horrible it is for you just to move sometimes. It’s depressing knowing that you won’t recover and it will just be with you forever. Have you ever had a seizure? I had one in history at school and everyone had to leave the room. I am also not a nice person because I was teasing someone for their girlfriend because it’s an unlikely couple then he pushed me over (this is the day I had a seizure) and when I fell I bashed my elbow and it still hurts after months. I honestly need to be nicer to people. I do try though
