@danae.fit: If I had to start my postpartum fitness journey all over again… there are 3 things I would do the EXACT same because they changed everything for me. 💪🏾 When you’re tired, stretched thin, and your body feels like it belongs to someone else… it’s easy to get caught up in “snapping back” or trying to do everything at once. But here’s what actually worked: 1️⃣ Fuel my body + find a routine – Eating enough and getting into a rhythm gave me more energy for workouts, motherhood, and life. 2️⃣ Strength train with intention – 3 purposeful workouts a week that fit my life, not the other way around. 3️⃣ Stay in my own lane – No comparing. Just focusing on my journey and doing one small thing every day that moved me closer to my goals.
