The fact that you MUST pay for LawHub to access LSAT study materials from any online study program is ridiculous. For example, you can’t access 7Sage unless you also pay for LawHub. It’s a monopoly. At the LEAST, they need to make study materials openly available.

I actually contacted them to see if I qualified for a fee waiver - I’m a broke student - they said I had to submit proof of unemployment. I couldn’t figure out what to do and eventually just figured I would sort it out later. Maybe now I won’t have to if this wins.

They should be sued. I know that law school and medical school is expensive, but it shouldn’t be expensive before you even start. Subscription based businesses will be the death of us. It makes everything unnecessarily expensive and it limits who can participate. Think of the amount of subscriptions you have on a given month a lot of of them don’t need to be monthly subscriptions. And this is one of them.

How about the fact that you have to register for a potential next test before you even get your results back from a previous test. Ex: August score release in aug 27th. October registration deadline is 22. Kinda bs if you get the score you want but still registered in case. Another huge problem in my opinion
