He ofcourse isn't a jahmi he's imam Al azzam, but he is not a wahhabi mubtadi either , He said Allah has no makan, No Jism, lafz Al Quran was created but the Quran wasn't, and wrote that Allah does istiwa ala without establishing himself on the throne.
