@nikolknudson: Thanks mom for putting me in ballet 🩰 As I dive deeper into the bikini bodybuilding world, I’ve noticed similarities between my technical dance training and bodybuilding training. Especially during glute specific days. Both require so much attention to detail, and full body awareness. I vividly remember the nerves I felt before ballet class, and I experience a similar sensation when training my lower body. Just as in dance, there’s always room for growth and refinement of technique. These are just a few of my favorite glute exercises!
