It’s the perfect balance of smoky, spicy, and creamy… trust me, you’ll want this on your plate! 🙌 #HellmannsPartner 1. Crispy Chipotle Chicken Club Sandwich using Hellmann’sChipotle Mayonnaise Ingredients: * 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
* 1/2 cup Hellmann's Chipotle Mayo (for marinade and spread)
* 4 slices sourdough bread (toasted)
* 1 cup shredded lettuce
* 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
* 2 slices pepper jack cheese
* 1/4 cup pickled red onions
* Salt and pepper to taste
* Olive oil (for grilling)
Instructions: * Marinate the Chicken:
* In a bowl, add 1/2 cup of Hellmann’s Chipotle Mayo, salt, and pepper. Mix to combine.
* Coat the chicken breasts evenly with the chipotle mayo mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors marinate and the mayo keep the chicken juicy and tender.
* Grill the Chicken:
* Heat a griddle or grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly coat with olive oil to prevent sticking.
* Place the marinated chicken breasts on the griddle. Grill for 5-6 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the chicken is golden brown. The chipotle mayo keeps the chicken moist while preventing it from sticking to the griddle.
* Once grilled, top each chicken breast with a slice of pepper jack cheese and let it melt for about 1 minute while the chicken rests.
* Toast the Bread:
* Toast the sourdough slices on the griddle until golden brown and crispy. Spread a thin layer of Hellmann’s Chipotle Mayo on each slice of toasted bread while still warm.
* Assemble the Sandwich:
* Start by spreading a generous layer of Hellmann’s Chipotle Mayo on one slice of toasted sourdough bread.
* Add a handful of shredded lettuce and a few slices of thinly sliced tomatoes on top of the mayo spread.
* Place the grilled chicken breast with melted pepper jack cheese on top of the lettuce and tomatoes.
* Add a little more chipotle mayo spread on the other slice of toasted sourdough and place it on top.
* Finish with a few pickled red onions for that perfect tangy crunch.
* Serve & Enjoy:
* Slice the sandwich in half, serve with your favorite side, and enjoy the crispy, spicy goodness!
