i wont lie sometimes im in auto-pilot and venti’s are our most popular size so i will just grab and make a venti before realizing it was supposed to be a grande and then ‘make their day’ by giving them a large for their medium price bc why would i waste it when i can just give them a ‘discount’ of sorts
