The hair is GORGEOUS! however i would work on the proportions on the face because the size of eyes, nose and mouth feel kind of small compared to the whole face. Make sure the bright golden light you put onto the hair also reached the face and clothes. With such bright light, It would affect all the elements on your drawing, making the shading more Sharp and visible.
