The problem is with humans! All human beings have the ability to rationalize and justify their actions. Therefore, it’s possible that someone can do something that you might think is wrong/evil but that person has the ability to justify his/her actions.

Normally sure. But MAGA at its core is about dominance over others. America needs to dominate other nations rather than partner with them. Internally we need to enforce / restore traditional social structures which maintain the dominance of certain in groups over other out groups. That is evil.

i think there was once a time where right v left was just about the philosophical conflict between progress and tradition - but today’s right wing has explicity veered into the politics of racial purity, extermination, and domination of those seen as “weak.” I might not think of my uncle on Thanksgiving as evil - but I certainly think of our current ruling party as evil.
