Sounds like she’s done a sport/deep tissue massage. Depends on what was asked for massage wise. I love doing the wellbeing- relaxing massage that the best ones when you just need to chill. Some therapist does go with how you muscles feel and try to get the tension out. Drink plenty of water lovely aswell after a massage 🥰

You can tell the massage therapist how you like it. If it’s too much tell them. As a massage therapist I loved when people said light pressure 🤣

Omg this happened to me too 😂, husband booked me a massage and the woman stood on my back and everything, I ended up having to see a GP for pain relief and they couldn't belive the bruises all over my back. Haven't had one since 😂

Recommend getting those deep heat stick on heat pads. They will relieve the pain, even sleep with them on as the longer on the better.
