I appreciate the sentiment but you know what's exhausting? Everyone saying how "brave" you are because you are going through cancer treatment. Like- the other option is to ignore it and die. I know that sounds ungrateful and I never said it to anyone with this sentiment bc I knew their heart was in the right place but just something to think about when being the support person.
