Not that you plan on getting burned again 😊 but I always keep First Aid Only FAE-7011 SmartCompliance Refill Burn Cream Packets, 10 Count on hand. (Amazon) They come in little single packets so they can easily be packed with you. I cool off the burn and then put it on right away, it helps a lot with the pain and it keeps the burn from blistering.

I could be completely wrong in this but I had someone tell me not to use neosprorin at all because it kills the bad bacteria (which is good) AND the good bacteria that helps wounds heal.
